Yellowtail Tuna/Hamachi Very exotic, firm fleshed tuna with an amazing oil to it. Flown in from Japan.
Octopus/Tako Specially brought in from Japan, pre-cooked and ready to be sliced and used for sushi or a carpaccio.
Sea Urchin/Uni A delicacy that is an acquired taste. It melts in your mouth with an aftertaste of the ocean. Gotta try it!
