SOFTSHELL CRAB An American delicacy. Excellent sautéed whole with salt & pepper. Otherwise the preferred method is deep-frying to a crunchy coating.
We get our ATLANTIC LOBSTER Harvested in the cold pristine waters of the Atlantic coast. Its firm, succulent meat is one-of-a-kind!
LOBSTER TAILS are also available for those who'd rather not bother with crackers. All the meaty, rich goodness of lobster in a easy-to-eat format.
OYSTERS - We usually stock about 4-5 different varieties, including: Kumamoto, Beach, Kusshi, Royal Miyagi, Malpeque. Best eaten raw with a vinegarette or a ponzu mix.
MUSSELS - PEI, Saltspring Island, Honey or Mediterranean. Succulent, sweet-tasting and a healthy dose of protein.
Manila Clams Favored by chefs for their sweetness and their ease of opening upon being steamed. A great source of iron!
Dungeness Crab A West coast staple. Sweet, delicate and packed full of meat. Usually from the Queen Charlotte area, the largest crab can get up to 4 pounds!
